This took me 30 minutes to install. Instructions were easy to follow.This does not come with a battery for the remote control. You’ll need to purchase your own.

My old remote just stopped working. I tried all the trouble shooting steps and found that it was the receiver inside the fan. So I replaced it with this one and it works great. Comes with the remote and the receiver unit.

Arrived with only the schematic on back of product and no instructions. Took extra time to install because the schematic didn’t match the wires on the fan.Be sure to order the man from China help with installation.

We had lost our remote and were drywalling the ceiling in our garage so this was the perfect time to switch it out. The install was very easy, but it is easier to remove the fan to change it out. If not I suggest removing a blade or two from the fan for easier access.Worked great when we removed it.
