This item did not fit my Kindel Fire 10
I returned the first Kindle Fire cable and received the replacement very quickly. That was great, the only problem it that the cable was exactly like the first one and did not fit into my Kindle. Since the Kindle Fire is a product of Amazon, you would think they would know that it didn’t fit and the write-up in the description is wrong and need to be corrected. I am not bothering to send it back again, was able to find a cable that worked elsewhere.

Works on Kindle Oasis great!
For an hour I researched what type of usb cord would work in my kindle oasis, which is around 5-6 years old- it was frustrating because itâs not really clear which cord actually works. I thought it would have been easier to find. I ordered this black usb cord, as description briefly said it would work in an e-reader . . I am happy to report it works great! So happy I can charge and read my books now. The cord is long which works great for me. Great buy.

This is a B usb the tablet we have takes a C type.
We had purchase for his tablet and it is the wrong wire type which the correct one would be the C type. This one is a B ican use it to charge my nokia.

If Amazon’s Recommend Power Cord Doesn’t Charge my Fire Tablet, What To Do Now?
The Micro end doesn’t go all the way into the power slot, and it’s not secure; it wiggles around and won’t charge. Being on a limited budget, I’ve purchased 4 previous cheaper power cords for my Fire 8 HD Tablet, but either the micro end of the cord doesn’t fit into the charging port snuggly and wobbles around, keeping my tablet from charging, or they just didn’t supply power to my device at all. This has kept me from using my tablet for several months. I finally broke down and purchased the Amazon Recommended power cord for my Fire Tablet, and now this new one won’t fit snuggly into the power slot either. There’s no Technical support for this charging cord and no one to talk to about this issue, so I had to ask for a refund. I NEED A POWER CORD SO i CAN USE MY TABLET. The “Refund” is being given as a Credit to Amazon, but their cords, and all others I’ve tried don’t work, so this Credit is useless for this issue, and so is my Fire Tablet 8 HD. I am so frustrated I’m ready to scream, and there’s no other options for me. This is not acceptable.

Iâd been looking for a 5â cord for my kindle oasis 9th gen and had to return 2 that said they would work but they didnât ! I thought Iâd try again but made sure to buy an Amazon product even though it cost a little more. And boy was it worth it! It fits great with no problems. Iâm so relieved you have no idea!
