I wanted to cut some PVC pipe for Roman candle holders. The PVC pipe is easy enough to find locally but these caps are not. Cut the pipe, screwed these into some small pieces of wood. I didn’t even glue the pipe. The friction fit was more than enough and easy to break down and store for next year.

These fittings are perfect for attaching 1″ sched. 40 PVC pipe (trade size — not 1″ actual) to just about anything. They hold securely enough to friction-fit, and make temporary tables, shelters, etc. Use PVC primer and cement for a permanent connection.

These are press fit… although the description makes it seem like it might be screw in type- they are probably referring to the screw holes for mounting. These can be used for all kinds of crafts- PVC is such a fun thing to work with! You can make dog beds and use these as feet, or you can mount these to a wall and use it as some kind of organizer.These are true to the 1″ description and very useful.

Build stands, dividers, rod hangers, etc. Good flange for using as a base for endless projects. Being made for 1″ pipe gives more stability to projects that require that extra sturdiness.

I needed these PVC caps for an outdoor project where I needed to hang some rods to hold a temporary curtain I was making. I like the fact that they are a shiny, bright white and have 4 attached ears for screws to keep it solid to the wall. The 3/4″ PVC pipe fits in perfectly and it worked out fine. They are well made and have some kind of anti UV blocker to keep it stable because out in the hot sun PVC tends to get brittle and crack. I will probably find many uses for these in future projects.
